Construction Project Manager

Join our Team as a Project Manager and come to the table with organization skills and knowledge to be successful with the following responsibilities:
Day to day coordination of projects working closely with our Production Team and Site Managers, focused on communications, budgets and schedules.
Responsible for budget accuracy including appropriate projections, timely updates, and organized client communications, understanding their needs and end results.
Generate Tender Request and develop further liaison with our Trades and Suppliers, well in advance of Site Schedule needs.
Prepare and propose construction selections to our Clients, with clear details and options available throughout the build.
Review trade accounts, confirming all administrative and site related requirements are up to date without deficiencies and updated online.
Daily communication with the Site Managers, reviewing project updates, site requirements and planning well in advance, project schedules and development.
Issue purchase orders, ensuring details are accurate and modified with any project variances or further client requirements.
Manage and review budget costs with communication to the Whitehall Team, ensuring the client approves their project selection options.
Trade and supplier research for details needed on unique project designs and developing relationships with new partners.
Review project drawings and manage and circulate updated editions to Site Manager and upcoming Trades on site.

Self-motivated problem solver who works best in a fast-paced environment.
Great customer service skills with the understanding and managing of the Client's needs for their unique custom home design.
Ability to read Architectural Drawings with a background in residential construction.
Experience in Gantt Charts, MS Office Suite along with strong organizational and computer skills.
Experience with CoConstruct software an additional benefit.
A diploma or degree in Architectural/ Construction technology or other related fields would be a strong asset.
Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry.
